Dr. Ethel Chiles is the founder and President of Ethel Chiles Ministries. She is a licensed Minister, has served as an Adult Sunday School teacher, Choir Director, and Praise and Worship Leader. She served as the Public Relations Director of the Waljo Gospel Music Awards Black and White Ball for more than 15 years.
She is one of seven children and the daughter of Mary Beatrice (Dover) Foster and the late Rev. Willie Cleo Foster. Her family consists of a brother who is retired as an Apostle with New Life Ministries Church of Greensboro, Inc., and two sisters who are Ministers. She was born and raised in Gaffney, South Carolina.
As a young girl, she sang in churches pastored by her father and has been ministering the revelation of the Word for nearly twenty two (22) years. She has a special desire to encourage and bless single women.
She has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Greensboro, North Carolina. She earned an MBA from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She completed a Doctorate Degree in Management: Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She is currently a member of Cornerstone of Faith Ministries where Bishop Grosjean Stephens and Executive Pastor Debra Terry Stephens preside. She is married with one son and two daughters, one grandson, and two grand daughters.
